Refund policy

Return/Exchange Policy

At Toledo Golf, we strive to satisfy each of our customers. However, if you want to return the product for any reason, follow the steps below, and you can easily exchange/return any Toledo product. We want this procedure to be hassle-free and simple for you.

  • All products can be exchanged for a different size or color changes, or incase of product damage. Requests for exchange should be placed within 7 days post product delivery. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, along the with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
    .  This must also take place within 7 days of product delivery. 
  • If 7 days have passed by since product delivery, the exchange and/or return eligibility window closes.


Refund Policy

Refunds (if applicable);

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Furthermore, notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. 

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment or into store credit at Toledo Golf as per your prior selection. If a selection is not made, the amount will automatically be credited as store credit to your personal Toledo Golf account. Toledo credit notes for the amount you’ve paid will be issued for every order you return. You can use the Toledo credit to purchase any Toledo product within 365 days of its issuing.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable);

If you haven’t received a refund yet, prior to raising a query we would request you to check your bank account and/or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If the issue persists, please contact us at support@toledo.co.in .
